Qualityshare was founded in October 1999 by Stewart Watson and became Qualityshare Limited in 2003. Stewart in Consultant MD.
Before moving into engineering, Stewart's qualifications in Physics and Primary School teaching led him to 13 years at Arnold School, Blackpool.
In 1989 he was asked to join an engineering company in Blackpool, supplying parts into the automotive industry and, as was required, set up methods of Statistical Process Control and a Quality Management System compliant with Ford Q1 and BS5750.
Having also been 'hired out' during his time there to implement Quality Management Systems for other companies and now with a wealth of experience, he decided to 'hire himself out' and so Qualityshare began. He now specialises in Aerospace and Defence AS9100/AS9120 as well as other Quality and Environmental certifications.
What you might not know about Stewart:
He spent 30 years CCF/ACF Badged initially Royal Signals and latterly Royal Logistics Corps. Having been in the rank of Major, Company Commander 'W' Company for several years, he finished his career in charge of the administration of NVQs for Adult Instructors and Army Cadets based out of Fulwood Barracks, Preston.
He also plays various musical instruments moderately badly and has a recording facility in the living room! (see charity work). Other interests include Electronics and Amateur Radio and assigned his father's callsign from 1953, G3IEJ.
Adele Sanders 07711 967527
Qualityshare Ltd was joined by Adele Sanders in April 2020 following a chance meeting on a project earlier in the year. From being an associate initially, Adele is now the Director of Compliance Management & Certification.
Adele also has a qualification in Primary School Teaching but enjoyed a fairly meteoric rise in terms of qualification and experience in industry. She owns her own consultancy firm, Guide Consulting. It is because of Adele's arrival that we are able to offer our additional services.
Adele is a registered BSI Lead Assessor and also a certified AS9100/AS9120 internal auditor.
She specialises in ISO13485 (Medical Devices) certification and ISO27001, Information security and associated standards.
What you might not know about Adele:
Not only is she extremely talented in what she does and very highly thought of by clients but she is a talented musician, playing the flute and clarinet. She is also a remarkable singer and can be found on Spotify - Woodrow and Co featuring Adele Sanders - favourite track is Superdense.
Other (primary interest) is son Noah of course .... and work! Clever, personable and innovative, a rapidly upcoming star in the consultancy world.
